Court hearing in summary proceedings Foundation Stop5GNL on 4 May next.
It’s almost there. After months of preparation, the court hearing of the interlocutory proceedings of Foundation Stop5GNL against the Dutch State will take place at 11 a.m. on 4 May next.
Stichting Stop5GNL is of the opinion that the rollout of 5G should be stopped until it has been sufficiently demonstrated that there are no real and serious health risks involved. The State is not able to demonstrate this at this moment. The health risks are not currently excluded by the State and insufficient research has yet been done into this. Application of the precautionary principle is therefore absolutely necessary. If the rollout does continue, the State will expose its citizens to a real, serious and irreversible health risk.
Because of the coronary measures, the court will not be accessible to the public. However, the hearing can be followed via the following live stream https://streams.nfgd.nl/behandeling-kort-geding-stichting-stop5gnl-tegen-de-staat-op-maandag-4-mei-2020. A limited number of journalists will also be seated in the courtroom.
We would like to thank everyone who supported us in this process and hope that you can be present via the live stream.
We hope that health will be given priority and that people and the environment will get the protection they deserve!
